Looking at the 4a schedule I would not be totally shocked if Riverside beats Lancaster tonight.

Lancaster looks like a weak #2 and Riverside looks like a strong #3

Otherwise I don't see any upsets.

I'd also guess that Mann scores 10 on Northwestern and Dorman does similar to Nation Ford. It doesn't look like Greenwood is that bad of a team so perhaps not a 10-0, more like 6 or 7? And Fort Mill and Mauldin played already and it was a 2-1 game so hard to tell. Perhaps 5-0?

Perhaps the big questions is whether any of the #1 teams even allow a goal tonight.

I believe #1 Ashley Ridge and #1 Carolina Forest will gives up goals tonight.

I would like to see Lancaster win but really see only Fort Mill being the only Region 3 that wins tonight.

You are likely right, Lancaster has home field but that may not be enough, would love to see them win and think coach might get a look a COY in region for the big turn around, but they have big Mtn. to climb!

Would not be over surprised, some but not hugely, if Clover pulls off the upset. They have been up and down this year and they have the kind of coach who seems to find a way to get the team to play hard at the right time. So my upset special for Region 3 would be a Clover win, maybe in PK's as they have a pretty good keeper.

My heart says Boiling Springs will pull another 5 over one. Hanna is tough at home. Brains says toss up. Good luck to all.

The word of the day was HOT!

Hottest game I remember in a long time. First half was a good half by both teams, second half you could tell they were tired and wore out and the pace slowed down a lot.

3-0 at half.

Mauldin got a late goal with about 10 minutes left. Great effort by them to drive one home.

3-1 Fort Mill at the end.

Let's hope the rest of the playoffs aren't this hot. Would be sad to see heat become a factor after a long cool spring.
