I watched the AAAA Girls game and thought it was awful. I appreciate the film but the guys announcing have no clue about soccer. Really a weak production!
I thought the same thing about the announcers. They spent a lot of time talking about the Dreher game, and specifically the five goals scored by KP. Not that it didn't deserve notice, but as they were talking of it they missed what was unfolding in front of them. They just sounded like two people chatting at a soccer game where they were paying half attention, instead of two announcers making an attempt to let those watching know who was doing what. Like you, I felt they knew little about soccer.
