About the Irmo-Summerville game...A very fun game to watch! The intensity level was so high throughout, but Irmo definitely dominated the play after the first 10-15 minutes. The stats on shots pretty much sums up most of the actual threats, but this game had so much emotion. Greene did miss a lot of open goals, I'll agree with benp on that, but I'm going to have to disagree on his two reasons. First, I don't believe that Moody was out of position. It was a free kick, the ball was placed over a defender's head, and a striker ran onto it striking it near post. Not much any goalkeeper could have done about it. Secondly, this is only Prince's second real game back. You can't actually expect somebody to come back from a broken foot and do any more than he has.
Overall, a great match to watch. Great job Summerville, you guys played your hearts out. Congratulations to Irmo on the victory, and good luck at Wando!
