benp, in response to jugal being one of the best 5 players on the field, I would strongly disagree. However I would say that he is one of the top 5 on Irmo's team but not on the field. If you want to be the best 5 on the field on Friday then he would have had to play better than Prince, Acree, and Monroe from Irmo and Hite, Sams and Amaker from DF and I don't think that he did. He was probably 8 or 9 best on the field for the Friday game. He did create a couple of dangerous runs down the side BUT only served one dangerous ball. This I would say is because he dribbled too much. When he beat the right mid near the 18 he should have crossed it but instead he would then try to beat the right back. Could have been much more dangerous if he gave the ball up.

benp, I certainly agree with you. Jugal was def. the most exciting player on the field last Friday. The guy doesn't seem to run out of Gas! He hussled both ways and did NOT wait for the ball to come to him.

Good Call, benp

tigerman, what gives man. If you didn't think jugal was one of the top five players on the pitch last night you obviously don't understand good soccer. The kid was Irmo's most explosive playmaker all night, Cates had trouble keeping up and he's probably one of the best defenders in the state.
