Was anyone surprised region 5 destroyed region 6? No.

But yeah..from here.. you can flip a coin to decide Lowerstate.

I say:
SV
Summerville
Wando
HH

..in the Upperstate:
NW
Lexington
FM
SA

I would say that whatever team makes it to state from the Lowerstate..is either going to be a lean mean b**** of a team.. or on their last legs. Hopefully it's the former.

Prediction:

Upper State
Northwestern vs Greenwood

This should be a relatively easy game for NW.

Dorman vs Lexington

Tough call. I could go either way on this and I think that Lexington might be the better team, but Dorman is well coached and is at home on their small field. Dorman by a hair.

Fort Mill vs Wren

Wren might make some noise, but Fort Mill will be too much.

SA vs Mauldin

Another tough call. I think that Mauldin has a lot of talent, but they can't seem to score enough in the big games. Wild card here is Jamal. Not sure if he's all the way back. I'll take SA by a split hair, but the winner of this game is my sleeper pick to go deep into the playoffs.

Lower State

SV vs JI

I've been picking SV since day one. Not going to change now.

Ridgeview vs Summerville

Not completely sure of these two teams, but Ridgeview plays in a much tough region. I think that will be the deciding factor. Ridge View over Summerville.

Wando vs Irmo

Wando might be better but it's the playoffs and it's hard to go against Irmo. Irmo wins a very close game.

HH vs DF

DF is not living up to expectations this year. They could win this game and it wouldn't surprise me if they did, but something tells me they won't. HH.

You can not ask for a better 2nd round of games.

NW & FM will make it to Upper Final, with NW on top.
HH has a battle to get to Lower, but should make it v. SV, and will win with size and speed v. small SV team.
Final -
HH v. NW - My money is on HH if they play up to their potential.
HH 3-2

To tell you the truth, Jamal from SA is the best player in the state. if he's back from his injury and actually try's he can shred any defense left in the playoffs. SA should destroy mauldin unless Jamal and branson decide not to come and Ditulio falls asleep.

striker, have you ever played against spring valley or HH. spring valley is not small. yes they have some small players but there are plenty of players with height. and who on HH is tall besides justin and chris? i think you must be on something, there is no way HH will be SV especially because "they're bigger".

Size will have nothing to do with this game. It will come down to skill and SV will win on that. Besides that, I have seen Sean Flynn play in club before. He's not small.
