Is it about records or being class indviduals and bringing respect to our sport. Obviously these guys aren't worried about accolades for themselves. Anybody who worries about individual records is usually selfish and usually not a team player.
I also agree with the idea of "quality" goals. For example look at the Lake City vs. Lakewood games. Alot of those guys added to their goal total with goals that had very little meaning. IMO, these types of records have very little meaning in the end. Team wins are what is most important in a team sport.
