The score pretty much shows it. Pinewood vs Cardinal Newman in the Semifinals.

Congratulations to PG for their effort tonight and a hard fought win. WH scored first with about 30 minutes left and within a minute PG came down and equalized after a scrum in front of the goal on a throw in. With about 20 minutes to go PG scored the game winner on a nice finish by #10 off a counter.

In my somewhat biased opinion it was a close even game that could have gone either way. PG did a good job staying organized on defense and maintaining their shape.But Wilson Hall had some good chances and give PG's keeper credit as he had a solid game.All in all it was very good game and 2-1 was a fair result.

There is no competition in SCISA this year. PW will take semi and final with ease.
