I saw B-C play Fort Mill (without one of B-C's top offensive players). That game ended nil-nil and went to PK's. Those two teams probably could have played another hour that night and no one would have scored.

If B-C plays that kind of defense against Riverside, there won't be any waxing on Friday night.

One goal game, either way.

It will be interesting to see how playing on a real/flat soccer field will effect the performance and play of the teams. Speed and fitness should be a big factor in the outcome as well as defending 1v1. One thing is for sure, throw-ins and corners will be different at Stone from a game on a football size field. BC has been there before and I suspect that many of Riverside’s players have big field experience, too.

333...ya, how do you think riverside deserves it more. BC has had a target on their back all season. they have had many road blocks during the season and mainly towards the end. the have accomplished quite a bit to get back to the finals again. who deserves it more? who knows. BC was where riverside is right now last year ranked no. one on top of the world. even though riverside is no. 1. BC is the defending champions. i think there is more at stake to wining this game for BC than riverside.

It would be great for the Bearcats to win again. Riverside is probably the better team, though.

Eastside did have the better play of the game last year bearcatdad10, but we all know that does not always win the game and thus last years game was decided in pks.
Riverside will win the possesion battle but #18 for BC is very fast and will give them a solid counter attack. However, #13 and #12 and their keeper will have the biggest influence on how the game turns out.
BC has the heart advantage....Riverside will have the skill advantage.
Should be a great game.

im going for Riverside... BC doesnt need 2 states in a row. They are not the best team. I firmly believe riverside can beat them
