I saw the BE vs. Academic Magnet Lower State final, and I thought BE looked very beatable. The defense is solid, but they do a lot of clearing up the field or out of bounds; while they may have skilled players in the defense, they don't utilize that skill, simply try to send long balls up the field. They didn't have many threats to score and both goals against AM came from AM mistakes. BE never really strung together passes or possessed the ball. They do have some speedy forwards who were able to run under the long clearances from the back and then serve some dangerous crosses.
I think the key to beating them would be to keep pressure on their back line and not allow them to send the long balls forward. AM was able to get a number of throw ins deep in their offensive third because defenders were forced to send the ball out of play. BE does have a strong keeper and seemed to have great fitness.
I don't know anything about SCS but judging from all the comments on this board all season. I'll say BE 2-0.
