You are correct! CSC coaching staff is certainly a quality and well-respected group. Berson, Quinlan, and Molinary are excellent additions and I know firsthand that their players want and expect the best from this season. In addition, Berson was at NECSA last year coaching U15.

CSC is a great club with great new coaches and they have always had great coaches. With Letto coaching the 14 boys they might do very well in Premier League and might be looking at another State Title. the 14 boys are a very talented team all over the field attack and defensivly along with (some of the other CSC teams).

I was very impressed by the tryouts and the amount of quality teams that CSC will fielded this year. The Columbia area clubs have had a tough time, in the past, finding large amounts of people to attract to tryouts, including recruiting less able players just to fill a roster. But this year CSC did very well in attracting and retaining the players. The only complaints I have with CSC are caused by the growing pains and that is a very good thing to have to worry about.

They should have several more practice fields lighted within the next few months, which will help in providing the quality training that the players deserve and expect.

Yes, CSC did do very well w/ try-outs this year. I have friends that play 4 irmo and on the 18 CSC and they only put 14 players on the u18 boys roster because of people moving in or something like that and that is why they have 2 openings left (I think)?????

For the U17 age groups at the tryouts there were a total of 33 kids out there vying for spots and CSC was able to create two full teams from these numbers in this age group. I agree with gamecockrich in his statement about the excellent additions to the coaching staff. Socdad is also correct but also the u16 and u17 teams from the fall finished in third place. The u16 played CESA Premier in the first game and played tremendously until a PK called in the first Golden Goal period but then the next day play CESA challenge and a team they had previously tied 1-1 during the regular season they beat i do beleive 3-0 so all age groups at CSC have improved and are improving.
