Shilo Tisdale has played on two state championship teams. He plays the game well,relates the game well and seems to have a great rapport with the players I have seen him around.Wando could do ALOT worse than Shilo Tisdale.

shilo is a great coach and should get the job. Players like him and has good insight on soccer. He by the way dosen't coach rec he coaches bridges u-18 challenge team
