OK. I feel good about my tie for 3rd in the spanking-new CPRS - Chico's Prediction Rankings Service. Will we get a weekly newsletter listing the games to predict each week and a publication of our rankings? And what are the year-end prizes?

Hey wait! I just re-read the rankings. Scout posted after the fact and eh didn't predict the game.............so they are disqualified.
There should be a 3way tie for 1st of those of us who have the kahoonas to predict.

Technically Scout posted 2 hrs before game time...game was played at 3PM. The 9Am game was the CUFC Challenge game

Well I guess this technical issue is one that will have to be resolved by a Special SCYSA Commission Report.

As I understand it a commision has already been assembled to determine if Scout had prior knowledge and IF said prior knowledge was a determining factor in the outcome. Furthermore it has been discussed that providing such knowledge prior to game time may have a deleterious effect to the club selected in the loosing end. A ban on such predictions may have to be considered, especially as the CPRS prediction system may be run by a CESA operative.

I hereby apologize to "Scout22" and in my entirely ficticious and bogus role as an awarder of points award him his full 1.0 plus another two points for my mistake, giving Scout22 a 3.0 and Chico a -101.0.

I spoke to a few people who attended; they thought that LCSC dominated the first half but that the play was even in the second half. LCSC has an extremely talented team in this age group and has to be one of the favorites for a state championship.

Scout is awarded a 3.0!!!! I hereby withdraw my name from any association with this alleged ranking system,CPRS. You will hear next from SCYSA appeal through my Soccer Attorney, R.D. Kard.(Who also happens to be special counsel to SCYSA).

Ah - vendication. I must say, I was demoralized to hear that Chico would actually doubt my prediction integrity.
Thanks to all who came to my defense. On behalf of all us coming off the bench - I humbly accept this weeks award

Chico - I accept your humble apology, and since we've worked this out between us, I now consider you my best friend.

Colodad9 - You may be right - saying that Lex. dominated was a bit too strong. 1st half - clearly. 2nd - certainly closer. My point was this - CUFC never really threathened to win that game. Many people thought that was a certainty.

My hats off to both clubs for a hard fought match. But I will say this - I thought some of CUFC's parents were clearly out of hand verbally and gave the game a negative taste. If I had been ref'ing I would have asked them to leave the field.
