Do any of you think we we will have any all-americans this year in SC? If so, who?

No, not at all!

S.C. will have All-Americans in both boys and girls soccer this year. NSCAA/SCHSSCA coaches are reminded to submit their boys/girls All-American nominees by November 1.

That is good to hear for the state of South Carolina. I think I could guess who the boys could be.

who do you think would possibly come from both girls and fellas

how does one know if a coach can nominate?

Very simply. You are either a member of NSCAA & SCHSSCA or you are not.

is there a list of coaches who are?—hasn't this been the problem in SC?—too few coaches are members and only members nominate?—i am sure we have deserving players—BUT if a deserving player doesn't play for a coach who is a member, no luck, right?

purpleandyellow -- Yes, the players must be from a school where the coach is both a member of the NSCAA and the SCACA/SCHSSCA ... This goes back to being a "professional coach" and doing the things necessary to be involved in professional development and an opportunity to provide honors for your players ... Too few coaches take advantage of this and in the end, it's the kids in S.C. that pay the price.
