Those Wando keepers I've heard are god among men, they just you know, get chipped from 30 yards out. McCabe is great and his backup Joey is also amazing. Osbourne is very good and should be one of the best in his senior year. I heard Pinewood's keeper was great and I also heard he is going to Clemson to play but he didn't seem to fair very well at the Palmetto Cup. Was it just an off weekend or just played against very good teams in CB, Northwestern, and Lexington?

If you normalize these Keepers based on the W-L-T record of opponents, this is where they rank, BE’s Keeper is clearly the best! (GAA & GAA norm = "The lower the better")
GP = games played
GSA = goals scored against
GAA = goal against average
GAA norm = [1-[(4pts * #W) + (1pts * #T) + (0pts * #L)]/total possible pts]] * GAA
total possible points = 4pts * (#W + #T + #L)
{GAA norm is only a RELATIVE value and gives a method to rank elements in a set}

Team GP GSA GAA GAA norm
BE 19 13 0.68 0.25
PP 19 26 1.37 0.40

4A top 15 Programs
Wando 19 14 0.74 0.29
Mauldin 13 10 0.77 0.30
Fort Mill 18 15 0.83 0.35
Dutch Fork 19 22 1.16 0.40
Beaufort 14 11 0.79 0.41
Irmo 15 19 1.27 0.43
Northwestern 19 20 1.05 0.44
South Aiken 15 17 1.13 0.44
Lexington 19 23 1.21 0.46
Summerville 19 19 1.00 0.48
White Knoll 16 19 1.19 0.53
Spring Valley 19 25 1.32 0.53
Greenwood 17 23 1.35 0.55
Dorman 19 26 1.37 0.59
West Ashley 19 30 1.58 0.64

PP's Spearman isn't even close and probably won't see any time in goal at Clemson, Probably better off playing D2/D3.
DF's Keeper is about the same as PP's.

no McCabe is the best,......you cant even argue about it...and stop talking about wandos keeps...they arent that great

Hey, you said I can't argue the point, well, that was my arguement, and your's was "well his team has a lot to do with it". HA HA HA, come on you can do better than that!

Are you saying that the number 2 ranked 4A team (DF) is a poorer team than the number 1 ranked 2A team (BE), and by a significant margin (how significant)?

No DF is not a poorer team than BE. Who has DF played and who has BE played? Take a look at the schedules of these two teams. DF has played better competition and those stats don't mean anything. I haven't seen BE's keeper play, but McCabe is a good keeper that I know for sure.

97% of all statistics are made up on the spot.

im not saying that they are bad keepers, but BE keeps dont have much competition in 2A. they are good enough to compete and beat 4A teams. and ClimaDouche... good call on Wando not having that great of keeps. btw... Wando startin keep and Calandra from BE split time on the Bridge U-18 premier state champs team.

Was Michael Flato Wando's starting keeper last year? If he was he is amazing. Not very big, but some of the best reflexes I have seen.
