Chapin won in '02, '03. Emerald in '04.

I think AA is becoming more competitive on a yearly basis with BE. Is BE the front-runner annually, yes. BE is the class of AA most years. They have great circumstances surrounding their program. They are a strong winning program. No one else in AA is able to do what they do year in, year out.
