I think he means that it shouldn't have been the coaches' responsibility to notify the referees because they should be trained and able to identify the issue themselves, as if their "job" on the field, unlike in a YMCA match wherein the referees are probably lesser 'educated' volunteers that may not notice things on their own.

IT IS NOT THE COACHES JOB!!!!! ok so the ref on the sidelines w/ his little air horn had only 1 job and that was to count the players and make sure the # of subs that go on the field have an equal amount of players that come off its basic math

All of you need to get past this 1:11. Its called a part of life, and life is not always perfect and fair.
Tandverde has a great knowledge and love of the game. The bigger question you may need to ask is why did Lexington not score in all the other 79 mins. of the game?

Whoa, whoa, whoa Mr. Sensitive! We're all past this and while you might enjoy personally being responsible for kick starting the ant hill all over again, we're all going back to our peace and harmony.

Sounds like somebody might be a friend/fan/or father of this Tandverde...or maybe...the man himself!

Not kicking the ant hill again. Just thought there should be one supportive comment among the many negative ones.
