In the end you have to do what is best for yourself and your family.

I wonder what this really means? Will the coaches in these age groups now have some sort of reporting responsibility to him instead of Andrew? Will Nick have input into who coaches the teams? Will he be accountable for how the team develops?

hard to see where that deal would preclude coaching high school for four months a year

The CAP is happening during the spring for HS aged players. Coaching younger premier teams in the spring season. Having a family of your own.

Not really too hard to see how leading the CAP program and moving into some kind of director type role in addition to coaching younger teams, really doesn't leave enough time for HS. Unless you wanted the coach to do a half *** job at one of them. Nick isn't the type to commit himself to something if he can't give it the time and effort it deserves.

Why the negativity? Aren't people allowed to progress in their careers? I get the feeling that Coach Finotti couldn't win for losing...if he had decided to not give up his HS team, and didn't have a perfect season, then he'd get critized for "having to much on his plate." Sheesh...

Give the guy some credit for making the tough decisions. Do you live his life? Do you know what responsibilities he has? Until you walk in his shoes, don't be so quick to judge.

Coach Brian Dender will coach the riverside warriors this year from what I hear and being a former player I would like to wish him and the warriors luck this next year
