For all you excuse makers who didn't see the game, that scrimmage (BC 2 SV 1) was a pretty intense game that didn't feel like a scrimmage. I believe it "woke" up Spring Valley and let them know that they were going to have a bullseye on their backs all year and needed to play hard every game.

Academic Magnet beating Pinewood Prep 4-1 is definitely an eye opener.
