That is correct. Tie breakers go:
1. Head to head
2. Points system within region
3. Non region record
If two teams are tied to make it into the playoffs, a play in game is held.
I like aggregate or goals against like R1. Puts the quality of the matches into play more.

Goals against creates the 17-0 we all hate.
Limit the goal differential to a max of 5 per game and you eliminate the need to slaughter. You win 32-0, you get 5 points in the goal differential or in the goals against.

Goals allowed, I mean. R1 doesn't count goals for, only goals against which encourages good defense. Running up the score is never something I encourage. Shame!

I believe you have scenario #1 & #3 reversed. If SA wins tonight, Aiken is eliminated regardless of the Irmo/NA result.
