Or are the nominees ranked 1 - 25 and the committee then goes down the list to determine availability? Maybe you are correct, maybe she was never chosen to represent South Carolina in this all-star game? I assume if she wasn't, it was due to her not being available to play??? Kids play sports because they find it fun. Eliminate the fun and soon you eliminate the kid.
