I didn't realize that Mt. Pleasant was the fifth largest city in the state, only a handful of citizens behind fourth-place Rock Hill.

Rock Hill has three 4A public high schools, when is Mt. Pleasant going to get their second?

They don't want to split up their talent!

My understanding is that the split is about 3 years away. They currently have 2 middle schools housed at the old Wando HS, while new schools are being built. After these 2 schools are operational, they will make some upgrades to the old Wando HS and it will become a 2nd high school for the East Cooper area. It is much needed as the new school is full of trailers to accommodate the overflow of students there already.

The day is soon approaching.

Yeah, it is hard to believe that Goose Creek has two 4A high schools and Mt. P still has only the one...what's the student population of Wando High these days?
