I ask because I got confused about the first-round victory and the title defeat. In any case, congratuations to the team...

Secure invitation to Premier League for fall season
With a first round home victory over the CESCA 95 boys, they found themselves in a semi-final shootout against the Aiken Storm, who had previously eliminated cross town rival Mt. Pleasant. Goalkeeper Everett Engstrom came up huge in the shootout stopping 3 straight shots, securing the Premier League spot and sending our boys through to the finals.
In an extremely well played, and hard fought final, BFA came into halftime tied 0-0, but eventually fell to CESCA for a second year 2-0. Parents and coaches could not be more proud of the effort our boys showed all year boasting a final SCYSA record of 5-2-2 and an overall record of 11-4-4, and the Challenge Cup Finalists.
