Why does it appear most SC clubs pick BLUE/WHITE/RED combination? Is there some SCYSA law that stipulates we have the teams in these colors?

Nope, what there is... is a cost of uniform issue.

As a norm, Adidas, Nike, Diadora, etc. produce large quantity of uniforms in certain colors.

Blue, Red, White, Black, Green are the common ones.

MPSC wears maroon
there was a hilton Head club that was Carolina blue

But the cost of purchasing, the now norm of cycling uniforms every 2 years and therefore, availability are the key factors

If you want funky colors and designs you would have to move away from the major companies or pay substantially more

A quality set of 2 socks, 2 shorts, 2 jerseys with printing will run between 80-100 dolars
