And interesting addition to this post might be considering other factors, such as schools in areas with open enrollment and schools with a history of "schools within schools." Some higher poverty schools are highly segregated within the schools because of course labels (AP, IB, honors, CP. . .). And let's not forget access to club soccer. . .Thanks, Kyle.

Actually Dale just sent me a private message about his new region next year and his predictions on region finish and why SA would finish 1st due to the PI:

1.) South Aiken PI ranking #21, poverty index 36.93
2.) Dreher PI ranking #51, poverty index 47.99
3.) BC PI ranking #91, poverty index 59.81
Tie for 4th:
Swansea PI ranking ???, poverty index ???
Airport PI ranking #107, poverty index 63.18
