Eddie Crosby is not on the CESA-Columbia coaching roster?? Is he not going to coach for them any longer?? Great coach hate to see him leave game. I guess being an administrator for SOAR is a huge job?

I wondered when it would hit the message board from the SSC web site.

By the way -- as I have said consistently for years -- I think Eddie Crosby is a wonderful coach and a wonderful guy -- SSC tripped and fell into very good fortune. Although I do wonder at the fireworks yet to come regarding daddy-ball...

(Note: I'm surprised that his previous job at that Columbia place didn't disqualify him! )

Very interesting. Seems to be a good move for him moving home.

Shibumi,

"Daddy-ball" a new term for me. Can you educate me?? What job in Columbia would "disqualify" him??

Someone who has great club management experience AND understands the culture and needs of Summerville Soccer Club as its own valid entity? Congratulations, SSC.

Is CESA still managing SSC or did they pull out?

I'll give you understanding the culture/needs etc. but "GREAT" club management experience would be a stretch...
Cesa-Columbia hasn't exactly taken the Midlands by storm as many on this board predicted over two years ago when it became a club.
