Coastal Women defeated PC last night 2-0; Blair Monroe, Little River native and North Myrtle Beach grad scored a goal to secure the win for Coastal in the 2nd half. Blair is one goal away from tying the all time goal scorer leader; 2 more goals away from becoming the all time leader at Coastal. Blair is a senior at Coastal. Also, Coastal is on a 5 game winning streak and plays Gardner Webb at home on Saturday.
Not too many ladies (if any), who played their high school soccer in the state of South Carolina, can match the amount of goals that Blair has scored at the D1 college level.
