Last year my son tore his ACL and meniscus in a Challenge league game. I filed with the SCYSA insurance company and they paid all medical expenses not covered by my primary insurance carrier, including extensive therapy. There is $1000 deductible, but my out of pocket expenses would have been around $8000.
