Hard Headed: It's the money in the SEC, The SEC has more money than any other conference to attract the top coaches and the SEC dosn't have to worry about the Women's program competing with the men's program for $$$.
By NCAA rules, women's soccer programs are allowed up to 14 scholarships while the men are limited to 9.9 regardless of which conference they are in. Do you think Kentucky allots less than the allowed 9.9 scholarships to the men's program because they play in the CUSA? And what money would the women's program at Kentucky get that an ACC program would not get?
