Eastside and Riverside should fight it out for the Upstate title. I don't know what the lower state has to offer this year, most likely Chapin or one of the teams from the beach.

Chapin is in the upper state now, with their region change.

Riverside lost 10 seniors but also had 5 freshman on the team. They will be decent.

Chapin graduated 11 or 12 last year. There are a couple very strong seniors this year and the junior an sophmore classes are pretty strong. Hiller has a lot of talent to work with, they should do pretty well.

South Aiken recently dropped down to 3A. they could make some noise in the lowerstate this season. Then again Socastee looks pretty strong

Chapin is essentially the Irmo of the 80s/90s with their demographics and talent pool. They'll be strong until the 2020s IMO! I agree to watch out for South Aiken too! This area has produced good teams before (2005) and this is another good crowd coming through.
