Hillcrest hammered Boiling Springs...they most certainly are back. BS was the tough, up and coming squad last year, but looks like Hillcrest will wear that hat this year.
Hillcrest (5-0) vs Wren (6-0) would've been a great preview of two talented, undefeated AAAA squads had they been able to meet each other in the finals of the Easley Greenwave Cup!
Both teams play very differently, but both are well-coached and good at what they do.

In fairness, Rollie, I DID say, "had they been able to" implying that forces other than the weather, such as the girls soccer team at Blue Ridge High School, could have prevented such a thing from happening.

NOT the Eastside #4 from Greenville. May be a middle school or elementary school score. There is a Westside (obviously); is there an Eastside in Anderson?
We don't have an Eastside Middle in Anderson. Maybe there's an Eastside High somewhere in Georgia, since the Ind.-Mail covers some western GA schools as well. Just thought it sounded odd, as I don't think Stephens County is a powerhouse.
