I attempted to find a cure for girl's soccer shoe smell this summer after discovering a pair of Marissa's shoes in my trunk after a weekend of club soccer. Tried Chamois, Fabreeze, onions and peaches, cedar wood chips, etc. DOES ANYONE HAVE AN ANSWER TO THIS WORLD CRISIS?

We tried burial two years ago on one pair and then were stupid enough to dig it up. George W. Bush would have love those WMD's. They stopped time.

another "YOUNG LADY"/Parent on the team turned us onto the shoe drier. if you use it when they are wet or sweaty there will be no smell.

When they are wet stick newspaper tightly inside of them and it will soak up most of the water creating less smell.

Try baking soda...it seems to absorb odor..just dump it out when ready to put them on again. If shoes are wet/damp wrap some baking soda in 2 or 3 layers of papertowels and wedge in shoes.
