On behalf of the entire Daniel soccer community, our thoughts and prayers are with BHP player Krystle Pravia and her family and we hope for a speedy recovery from her injury.
This was the score at the half and it held true. Excellently played game across the board and two evenly matched teams. Probably the best officiating I've seen all year, too. Seriously. They did an excellent job of letting the girls play while maintaining control of the game. CN has a great team this year. They hustled to the ball and played as a team. Our girls fought hard but just couldn't get the ball in the right place at the right time. Second goal by CN came on what appeared to be a penalty...the BLS keeper seemed to have possession and had it knocked out of her hands. Could have gone either way there. Regardless, CN earned the victory tonight.
