Besides the Northwestern game (which I think will be closer then the experts think if Hanna comes to play). I think the upstate is very much a coin flip.

I think Dorman gets it done some how.

I will go with Rock Hill for the no good reason.

The game between Wren and FM should be a battle and I think it will truly depend on which team shows up for both teams. If Wren decides not to show up then FM will walk, if Wren shows up then it will still be a battle and who knows who wins.

This late in the season there is no excuse for not coming with everything you have. Unfortunately, when you have so many seniors you have other side items that take away. Tongiht during the game they will be having senior awards recognition at the high school, stuff like that.

Let's hope the weather does not become a factor at any match and it looks like Saturday's games might be in some tough conditions.

Good luck to all, play hard, just come up a little short...Ft. Mill especially.

wheet "Good luck to all, play hard, just come up a little short...Ft. Mill especially."

Let me recipercate by saying "....Wren especially"

In looking at strength of schedule FMHS has a slight edge, but at this point heart and desire goes along way! After 110 hard fought minutes againts a determined Blythwood team FMHS was heartbeats away from packing it in for the season. Perhaps that will put just a little more edge on the way they play tonight!
I'll go FM 2 Wren 1 (but would not be surprised by another 110 min long battle ending in PK's)

At this point in the season, we too found it difficult to come back down from a game as emotional as was the Northwestern build up. with absolutely no disrespect to Boiling Springs, we had played them earlier and won a non-regional match that at that time we did not get up for either. The match tonight will not be the same. Please look for me at concessions should you be at the match and I will treat you to a burger or hot dog. We are all very fortunate to have healthy young men that can walk away from the game and put sports where they belong...

Wish I could be there but long late ride not condusive to Friday's work schedule! (no way to get out of it either!) Wish I could be there! Hopefully everyone remebers that after they walk away it was just a game, played for the love of it and not because you hate the other guys! Actually I wish they would have the boys shake hands before the game too, might humanize the opponent a little more!

Enjoy the game (just not to much )

Don't see the FM trend breaking tonight. Got a feeling it will be a 1-0 game and hoping FM on winning side but feel it is going to be very tough. Going into a similar environment as Greenwood last year. As the oddsmaker would say, that is good for one goal. As stated earlier by someone, both teams better be ready, mentally and physically. Should be an exciting game with two defensive minded squads. FM finishing better be a spot better than it was against BW. Not going to get as many chances and better be able to finish what Wren might give, which will be few!

Wheet, i do good sir. I haven't seen Wren play but from there loss to TL Hanna and there close loss to Northwestern i don't know what to think. Wren could pull it out just as easily as Fort Mill could. This is a dream season for Wren we will see tonight if there determined enough to keep it going. Fort Mill will also come into tonight's match with fire in their eyes playing a long tiring 1st round game against Blythewood. I think personally they'll be a little ticked off that they let Blythewood come that close to beating them in the first round. I expect Fort Mill to win 1-0 with an early goal and just possessing from then on.

MidlandsKid...good call on the game-an early score did make the difference. Ft. Mill was the better team tonight. Wren did not close in front of the box nor did they defend the corner kicks well.

All parents of Wren players are very satisfied with this season. Ending the season on our field in front of the fans was a just fairwell.

The coolest part...the classmates of the players stayed until the very end to congratulate their friends...not the losing team.

Cinderella, we almost made it to the dance with you.
