Wrong....Benson tackled Acree who was trying to get the ball to midfield for a restart. Should have been a red.

Not exactly. A player in the wall stopped the free kick intentionally with his arm in the box. Did not get a card and should have been a red. This obvious play was ignored by the ref but the AR wouldn't let the twelve on the field from NW get away with it.
