Depending on where you live, you can play in a division of the S.C. Amateur Soccer Association. There are also small sided leagues such as the SOAR League, and at the Plex locations in Columbia. I am sure there are other places as well. http://www.scamateursoccer.org/
Yeah, you kind of have to be more specific on where you want to find an adult league because there're places from Charleston to Columbia to Greenville.
