Cardinal Newman stands a better chance of making it to the finals than Hammond.. When is the last time Hammond reached the finals. Hammond and Pinewood not playing this year.

That is a good point but when hammond gets knocked out before CN by the same team CN loses to in the finals you dont have a whole lot of room to talk big, yes CN won the better seeding, congrats, but CN has yet to beat pinewood in the recent years.

Just wondering--what are everyone's top three predictions (in order) this year for SCISA? Take all things into consideration such as players who graduated, new players, coaching, etc...

CN plays both hammond and pp in their regular season so we will see whatsup before the playoffs

1. Pinewood (Return very experienced players, great coach, state championship experience)
2. Hammond (Returns most players from a good squad last year)
3. Cardinal Newman (Lost alot of players and dont gain replacements)

1) Cardinal Newman - Because of better Coach
2) Hammond - Returns a good group, needs to prove themselves
3) Pinewood - Because they lost too many experienced players last year

1. Hammond- Great coach, returns all players and adds new ones.
2. Pinewood- State championship experiance. Few good players.
3.Cardinal Newman- Lost 7 starters

When is Cardinal Newman's and Hammond's first scrimmage/game?

soccerislife when you say better coach do you mean better than hammond and pinewood or a new one...no disrespect for "the boss" will eudy, great guy, also very passionate

I think Cardinal Newman has a better coach in Will than Hammond. Just my opinion.. It gives them the edge.. Pinewood lost too many impact players to be considered in this years race..
