what's the deal with pinewood this year? lost all four games of their first tourny and now a tie??? Do they have injured players or are they just getting outplayed? doesnt't sound like the team from last year...

Well considering the fact that Fort Dorchester is a 4A team, and they went into overtime with Wando, I don't think tying them is a setback, in fact it was a good game where Pinewood improved their play and have seemed to found a system that proves productive. They're hopeful for the future.

And what happened to the 4-0 beatdown Hammond received from Beaufort.

It says pinewood lost to wando 4-0?? Hammond had just lost their starting left back the game before due to a torn acl. Hammond turned around this weekend and almost beat Darlington soccer academy in a 2-1 loss. Darlingtons goals were undeserved as well. Darlington turned around and beat Irmo 2-1 the next morning and Irmo beat the #1 team in the nation northwestern the next day. Hammond went on to beat 4a greenwood 1-0 without fernado pasado and beat augusta soccer academy 2-0 without fernando pasado or starting holding mid ramsey ugarte. At least Hammond can bounce back.

riddle me this...how did hammond leapfrog CN from #3 to #! without a single region game or SCISA game being played.

803baller.. A lost is a lost regardless... Pinewood lost all there games last weekend, the coach went on record saying they had a rough weekend.. Stop making excuses..
Hammond would be a force in SCISA this season...

Yes, Pinewood lost to Wando 4-0 without center mid Taylor Katsanis. Pinewood held Wando 0-0 for 70 minutes until they encountered another red card for language. From there it went down hill. the game was more competative than it looks on paper.

we will see how the season turns out for all 3 SCISA teams.

Huge games this week for Hammond.

Tuesday night against St. Josephs @ home and Thursday night @ home, HUGE game against Cardinal Newman ( #1 vs. #2)
