My JV coach has graduate school on Mondays and I agreed to go it alone for any matches I schedule for Mondays. So today I was in charge of JV and when I gave the starting lineup I assumed the center mids knew they were in and focused on who was playing in the back and the outsides...I was wrong. The match got started and poor Christina was all alone in the middle. I think to myself, where is Kelly? So I look up front...no Kelly. I look in the back...no Kelly. I look on the bench...there she is!!! But it is too late and Dorman just swarms us for a goal before I get her in.
Sigh. Now my JV coach may not let me coach her girls again.
