Thanks Coach. It was a very good game. Both teams hit the post and had several near misses. Both Keepers played quite well. Greenville has a very good team and I know they will be making their presence felt by playoff time in 3A. On to Dorman...what was I thinking? Five games within a one week span - Greenville, Dorman, Bishop England, Charter AND Eastside! Hopefully the players won't revolt on me.

We just got outplayed in most every way last night. Coach Player had his girls ready to play. Heathwood used great speed on the outside to control the tempo of the game. We got bogged down up front and couldn't get our offense in rhythm. I've got to give Heathwood all the credit in this one.
1-1 at end of regulation West Florence scored 30 seconds into the 1st OT.
Great game! Both squads played hard and created quality opportunities.
Over all the refs did a good job (I know not everyone will agree)One was way to quick with the yellow cards while the other "swallowed" his whistle...kind of canceled each other out.

They might be different than FIFA. FIFA has no such issuance of a card for a coach
This is a forum about high school soccer and high schools play by the NFHS rules, not the FIFA Laws of the Game. The high school league is not a member of USSF/FIFA.
From the 2009-10 NFHS Soccer Rules Book, page 54: Rule 12, Section 8 Misconduct ART. 1...A player, coach or bench personnel shall be cautioned (yellow card) for: . . . ART. 3...A player coach or bench personnel shall be disqualified (red card)for: . . .
