I hope we now can see why I think the world of this child. I remember seeing her for the first time at the Ralph Lundy camp in Asheville, NC several years back. What a awesome kid and PLAYER! Kudos on the WISTV story!

Saw the WIS-TV piece. She is a credit to her school and High School athletics. She is carrying a heavy heart with dignity and grace and she is an example for us all. I'm sure Mom is smiling right now.

Emily is an awesome player but is an even better person to be around, Airport is lucky to have a student athlete of her caliber. I beleive Coach Morris should also get some recognition as well; his guidance and support has helped Emily, which says a lot about his character as a coach. It's not always about the wins, but the lessons he teaches his players that help them make it through the tough times.
