The field for the 1st annual Lake Murray Challenge has been set. The following teams will be participating on Feb 20-21st.

Dreher, SC AAA
Dutch Fork, SC AAAA
Hanna, SC AAAA
Irmo, SC AAAA
Mauldin, SC AAAA
Northwestern, SC AAAA
Walton, Ga AAAA

The tournament will be co-hosted by Chapin, DF and Irmo. All three schools will serve as host sites for the first round games after which matches will move to a central site.

Seems to be a very competitive tournament. Look forward to making it over to the District 5 schools in February for some good high school soccer.

No, the pairings are not set yet. There is some consideration being given to travel time. We will post them at a later date.

Looks like a great tournament! Great to see so many good teams willing to play good competition early on.
