Does anyone know when the Try-out results will be posted for the CESA Select older groups ????

We've got Play-offs!

I do not know I know the older groups finished up try-outs last night so i would expect in a week they will post?? but not sure

for the girls - only the player pools (premier/challenge teams combined) will be posted now and final rosters after regionals/nationals. but don't know when they will post.

Noticed on the USA Website (CESA Spartanburg) that Solomon Nakom is shown as coaching 3 girls teams (U18, 17 & 15). Is his name just a place holder or is CESA really planning to have him coach 3 teams?

Not to take a side but it is posted as such (I just looked), so he/she is telling the truth about that part.

As for weather a coach can fairly coach 3 teams, seems like parents and players will be able to make that call, but a top full time coach should be able to do it. CESA seems to know what it is doing so I would default to saying that they think he can do it, so he likly can.

As for the striing up trouble part well... you may be right.

I knew it was posted as such. Why would the eleven post wonder even care? Wait it is tryout time, trying to cause some doubt, turn some heads, steal some kids... Good luck their is a new sheriff in town.

After looking at those 11 posts it does seems the poster is as former USAer who might be unhappy with CESA cost and takeover. Where would they go?? Is'nt CESA only game in town out there?

Question is legit though how many teams can a really good coach run?
I can see 3 or 4 if the age groups are done right and practices are set up properly but is it desirable? I know some clubs will pool age group practices i.e. U15/16/17 and let coaches work with all the teams.
