Irmo over Northwestern? Really?

It's just numbers, they are close but not exact. The Giants would have ranked fairly low before beating the Pats in the Super Bowl. I would guess you could swap most teams by a few spots up or down and still defend the placement, although you do look silly putting the champ at #2

Maybe the system should be adjusted to give playoff wins much more credit than regular seeason! With each round being worth more then the last.

Looks like the people who created the BCS also created the Massey Rating System.
