dropkick99 throw in D Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 82	Notice that Under Armour is conspicuously absent. Many high school teams are switching to UA, Irmo for one. I hope they don't make the same mistake Columbia United did two years ago when they switched. The Blue uniforms were "bloody awful". The material was heavy and did not wick moisture but absorbed it. On a hot day, the kit would get heavier and heavier as the match went on. Wish they had stayed with Adidas. Are there any MLS teams using the UA brand?

It looks cheap compared to the more well known brands and is kind of like a flash-in-the-pan type brand. Outside of their moisture wicking gear then it's kind of like a Russell brand. Will be interesting to see their market place in the next decade.

Will be interesting to see their market place in the next decade. During FL State Cup the local vendor had $200.00 Under Armour boots marked down to $20.00 and there were no takers. I asked one of the workers and he said the Under Armour soccer line has been a complete bust.
