Hats off to WF being ranked number 9! They will go pretty far in 3A. But, my only question is that would West HAVE AS MUCH SUCCESS if they didn't drop from 4A to 3A. Prime example..Their softball team.

People can say all they want. If I am not mistaken, I could have sworn softball and soccer were 2 different sports. There is almost just as much competition in 3A as in 4A with soccer. Plus, West will be up at 4A again next year. They will go all the way I think.

West Florence was always in the top 10 and at least top 15 every year they were in 6-4A. West lost in the 2nd round last season and lost in the 2nd round many years before that in 4A to teams like Wando and Spring Valley.

Has soccer gotten a lot better of a deal moving down the 3A? Well the reigon is easier to win but West still was 6-3A region champ almost every year with teams like Socastee and Hartsville when the Hartsville program was a lot stronger. Maybe things have been easier on other sports with the move down to 3A but as you can see soccer hasn't gotten a whole lotta help with the move. Also keep in mind if West was not the same size as all of the other schools they are playing in 3A they wouldn't be there.

I know you're from Marion... but at least act like you know a little bit about high school soccer in the area, and please stop running your mouths about how good you are in the preseason.

once again you speak of Pablo as if he is some god. Our Defense shut him down when were lacking our 2 middle backs/strongest defenders. He still scored once but one player does not make your team "feel as if you are being bombed on the beaches of normandy." If pablo spent less than 20mins doing his dribbling moves they might actually work and if you Hartsville players spent less time worshipping him, you might actually play a bit better.

First of all, it doesn't matter how good Pablo is or isn't b/c Hartsville, you suck with a 5-9 record. Secondly, I agree with ^SFsoccer. If you guys would get your heads out from his A$$ then maybe you could do something like practice to make yourself's look better and actually give him some good passes. We will never see how good Pablo actually is b/c the rest of you suck and can't give him good passes and leads to work with. So jokes really on you guys!!haha. Pablo sucks all he does is cut the ball a bunch of times and then either lose or pass it off all his moves are pointless and stupid..

When Pablo learns to use his moves to his own advantage and not just spin around like a moron then and only then will he be good. But now all you have to do is just put a half decent defender on him and he has nothing...

Flash you need to check your stats again beacuse you are 5-9 and i'm pretty sure that's not a winning record.. I still don't think Pablo is all that good when we beat hartsville 10-0 his ability to make us laugh was the only thing that affected us...

scsoccer is wrong then cause they haven't been updated correctly. screw the spelling, we know what we all mean, there is no reason to make us waste our time reading about misspellings or bad comma usage.

Thanks in advance. No one from the HHS boys program has signed up to submit scores or results.

Hartsville won both games against Conway 4-3 and Marlboro County forfeited because they said their field was messed-up, so we said they could play at us, then they said they didn't want to pay for gas, so we said they would pay for gas, then they said they didn't want to play us again because we ran the score up against them.

By the way...West Florence currently has somewhere around 1500 students and they are playing teams that have like 1000 to 1200, so they aren't the same size school as the teams they are playing.

Why does how many students West Florence have concern you? It was kind of a random statement.

I think he is trying to say it is unfair for us to play in 3A b/c we have around "500" more students.

His theory is right too b/c we beat Dorman and they are what...the 2nd largest school in the state, Summerville last year - the largest. We've also beat a couple of other 4A schools this year. Dosen't make a difference really... especially when you are talking hundreds of students.

Pretty sure we beat Hartsville by 7 or 8 goals, and they are a bigger school.

I'm not trying to knock on WF, I like West, and I think they play with a lot of class (unlike South). But if you check the numbers West has more students than Hartsville. West beat us 6-0 not by 7 or 8
