How does one who dissuades his players from participating in ODP end up on the Olympic Development Program Committee?

the 96 girls were a good team. Probably one of the best sc odp teams if not the best the state has had. im still a little worried that if this hub system is not done right then sc odp will take a step back. a step back for sc odp would be like stepping backwards off a cliff.
where is a list of coaches on the girls side and the age groups they will be coaching.

At the least it would seem a conflict of interests.

Gee. Are you guys actually shocked that there's a conflict of interest, or INCONSISTENCY, in ODP?
C'mon.

Good question about the deadline..My child did almost three seasons and a deadline never came up..
District tryouts are on the 5th and state tryouts are on the 19th so I would guess sometime before the 19th..
Wait a minute The state also used the sub regions as a final cut and that is on Jan 7th thru 9th..
Dog,
I was also surprised by some of those listed for this committee..This should be interesting to watch..

If each district is allowed to select and send up to 15 players to the state tryouts and a player misses the district tryout, can that player then show up at the state tryout essentially sending 16 players from that district without someone calling foul play? I guess the question will be whether or not selection to a district pool will be an absolute prerequisite for attending the state tryout. Those aspects of a district first tryout system probably had at least some influence on the decision between the first years for the '91 and '92 age groups to leave behind the prerequisite of district pool selection to get to the tryout for the state pool.
