Great idea...we need new faces.

"Soccer referees are needed for high school soccer games in the York, Chester and Lancaster County areas. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!! Training will be done, but a basic knowledge of soccer is preferable.

Referees will work high school and middle school soccer games from February through early May in York, Lancaster and Chester Counties. Referee are paid competitively per game and mileage is reimbursed at 45 cents per mile."

Why not get the NC referees to step over the border?

That's pretty horrible that absolutely no experience is necessary. Any hobo off the street could walk in. At least put some criteria such as grade 8 or above or even some higher level playing experience necessary. I hope this isn't true high school but just intramurals. Furthermore, there are plenty of certified refs that would love to work those games in that area I'm sure.
