The kind of money that Qatar wil have to spend only means one thing...... gasoline prices are going to be over 3/gallon soon.
After all someone has to pay for it... you don't think the local sheikh is going to loose money do you?

i'm pretty sure that qatar is fairly up to date on women's rights. i can't say the same about drinking, though.
