Who lost too much who is getting a bumper crop in?

South Aiken has lost too much, and a move up to AAAA is going to hurt. Look for Lexington to play Wando for lowerstate and Irmo along with Northwestern as always, this time for upper.

South Aiken has been in 4A before and they have surprised everybody year after year. I am sure they will do just fine if not better than they have in previous years. I do not think they will make it to a state championship this year but they have lost too much.

As for the rest of 4A, I predict the same two teams in the state championship again. Irmo vs Northwestern. 3A will be a different story then the past two years though, I wonder who will make it.

Irmo & Northwestern are both in the upper state.

looks like they could meet before the upper state. Look at page 63 for the soccer brackets and just add NWHS and IHS as #1 seeds if you are thinking they are going to win their regions. I think they would meet before the Upper state.

And that is the reason that they need to either reseed for the playoffs (1 - 16 pick where you go on the board with 1 picking first down to 16) OR do a state wide seeding. Looks to me like the upperstate is loaded. No offense to the lowerstate but... Irmo, NW, Mauldin, Spring Valley, Dorman, Riverside, Wren, Mann and that doesn't even get to some of the two and three seeds from last year that won games! Yes, if you had to travel to the beach from the Spartaburg area it would be a long drive, but... They do it for football.
