Only problem with Massey ratings (although I really like them). is that some teams are bound by poor regions and/or AD that do schedule based on travel expense not challenge. If you are a really good team in a weaker region with a weak schedule (not of your choosing) you would not get a good see.

I believe strength-of-schedule is factored into the Massey ratings.
